Daniel
Ray Dunham is employed by Carlyle Foley, P.C. He received his J.D. in 1980 and an A.B. degree in psychology in 1972, both
from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He also completed the course work for an
interdisciplinary Masters degree in Behavioral Science at Southern Illinois
University-Edwardsville, Illinois in 1973. Within the practice of the firm of Carlyle Foley, P.C., Mr. Dunham concentrates his efforts on litigation and appeals, particularly in personal injury and other tort cases. However, he works in all areas of the firms practice, including administrative proceedings, contract claims, general corporate and small business matters, real estate transactions, and probate, trusts and estate planning. Mr. Dunham is admitted to practice in all Missouri circuit and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Missouri. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He has practiced law in Missouri continuously since being licensed in 1980, acquiring extensive litigation and appellate experience in personal injury cases of all kinds and other significant legal matters. Working with other lead attorneys at the trial level, he has researched and briefed in excess of fifty cases on appeal in the state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. |
