We may elect to discuss by phone a particular issue or problem in general terms to determine if it would be worthwhile for the prospective client to schedule an appointment at one of our offices.  We will also personally consult with a potential client at no charge concerning claims for injury or wrongful death to determine whether or not we would accept employment in a particular case.  Generally, we do not offer free case evaluations concerning the merit or lack of merit of a particular case.
